When Outlook Express is working properly you can export the content in different formats and different ways.
But what happens when the computer crash or Outlook Express is not opening?
First of all of course you will have to make a backup of the physical folder that contains the DBX files, which is located under identities, in most cases the folder name containing the DBX files is outlook.
Once you have a copy of the folder containing the DBX, place it somewhere where on the target computer with easy access. I would say place it on the desktop, that way you will know its exact location.
